Register and pass KYC

Registration takes a couple of minutes; verification is the part people underestimate. KYC is a one-time identity check that PAGCOR requires before your first withdrawal — the operator reviews your document within roughly 24 to 48 hours. Do it the day you sign up so it is finished long before you want to cash out.

Any one of these government IDs is normally accepted:

• Philippine passport
• SSS card or UMID
• PhilHealth card
• Driver's license
• PRC ID

One rule catches people out: the payout account must be in your own name. Third-party accounts are rejected, so verify with the same identity you will withdraw to.

Fund your account

GCash is the default for most Filipino players. Deposits are instant, the minimum is around ₱50, and your GCash wallet supports up to ₱100,000 in transactions per day. One quirk to note: GCash runs a nightly maintenance window from 12:00 to 03:00 PHT, so time large top-ups outside that if you can.

Cash out cleanly

Casino-side payouts to GCash carry no fee and usually land within minutes to an hour once KYC is cleared — allow up to about three hours on a first-time or peak-period withdrawal. The rail underneath is InstaPay, so the ₱50,000-per-transaction and ₱500,000-per-day caps apply. For a bigger single payout, use PESONet to a bank and accept the same or next banking-day settlement.
